Sometimes the world "journalist" makes me all nervous. It's like big and impressive and a lot of things... that I'm not. The Adventure of Writing
Because it's so filled with emotions that it kind of scares me stiff to use it...
and far less to do so as a description of myself.
Lots of emotions, yes...
Because since my very first memories as a kid I just knew I wanted to write and once I knew the difference between the adventures of "The Five" and the headlines in the newspaper, my desire to create those was intense and kind of overwhelming,
I wanted to become one of those who make the story and live the "truth" before the rest of us do...
I could never have believed, not in my wildest dreams, that this would become reality in a country and language that weren't mine at all.
But yes, I belive I am, a journalist. A humble, irregular and not very agressive journalist...
I love every minute of it, to get to know people, to learn before I write, the emotions, the events, every day a new adventure.
The TASTE, the ADDICTION... and the FUN of it all!
Do I write well??? No Pulitzer coming my way, I'm afraid.
But I can't be TOO bad, either... For 15 years now I've made a (very GOOD)
living from writing only... So, as the saying goes:
"I must have done something good...".Once confessed, here it goes: I'm available for assignments of almost any kind
(if I can't do it, I'll tell you...) I can write stories for "Hello!", "USA Today" or...
"You Name It"...
I can change styles and tight deadlines (though not asked for) are -usually- O.K.
If it's necessary I'll also make the photos, or find somebody else to do them...You want it: ask me! (No, I will not promise you miracles...
but, if possible, I'll deliver them!)I'll deliver by E-mail, snailmail, DHL, disquette, fax, paper (????)...
actually, I can phone you the text...!How to find me:
